In this enstallment of the Halloween Editon, I am doing a variation of the 80's look, this time my model and sis in law Sylvia. I used her makeup pallete by cover girl called tropical fusion. I then linedher eyes with my jane be pure mineralized eyeliner in Navy. It's totally 80's!
