An announcement was made by Will Whitehorn, director of Virgin Galactic (VG) that they would be working with NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) do conduct experiments in the atmosphere and space into climate change. aboard NOAA's P3 orion (hurricane hunter) flying into tropical storm dolly; we were over 100 miles when I took this video. By the time we arrived this storm had become the first hurricane of 2008's season.
